"This resort is super clean and the food is amazing. The rooms are gorgeous with a beautiful view. It’s an open layout so you get to see the beach as soon as you enter the resort. There’s also a lot of activities for the children to enjoy. I did not like that we were there for a week, tried going to the à la carte restaurants at different times and every time there was an hour wait. However, the buffet did not have a wait and the food was delicious. Also, I do not feel like it was all inclusive as there is a charge for room service (even if you generously tip) and there is a charge for the VR games for the kids. We also got the swim up pool with our room. The view was great but, the water was always cold. So although they say you can get in 24hours, it’s too cold to enjoy."

"The resort was nice and the staff was great. However clientele (some) were loud and rowdy. Always smells like pot. Water in Montego Bay is not as nice as other islands. We had a nice vacation with beautiful weather but won’t go back to Jamaica "

"Princess Senses Mangrove -adults only is a beautiful resort. Great ocean and pool views from our room. The staff are friendly. It was nice to have transportation from the lobby to our building. Many restaurant options but get there early bc some restaurants get busy bc guests from the other resort eat there too. "

"3.5 ⭐ – Good stay overall Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very good food. Be aware the hotel is not directly on the beach — you need to cross the strip (staff assist), and beach chairs cost extra. Minibar could be better stocked with local beer options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just important to know what to expect."
