They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every little detail of our stay was taken care of. It's rare to find a team so genuinely invested in your experience. The property itself is breathtaking. The architecture, the grounds, the thoughtful touches throughout. The food was great too, from breakfast featuring homemade pastries original to Puglia to dinners that didn’t disappoint. And no stay here would be complete without meeting Mamini. The hotel's resident cat has clearly appointed herself the official welcoming committee, and she takes the role very seriously. After long, sun-soaked days exploring the stunning Puglia region, Mamini was there to welcome us back and see us to our room. We would recommend a stay at Nohasi Palace for anyone seeking a hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Puglia. "

"Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta. Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. A magnificent address for visiting Salento!"
