We were so happy the shower water gets really hot since our Chiang Mai hotel it only was slightly warm. The included breakfast was also good for hotel breakfast quality. "Great entrance and location. Staff are friendly. Big property . Loads of kids stuff to keep them occupied. Easy access via grab to local sight seeing. But I think the breakfast is very average. There are almost no hot vegetarian options other than breads . Overall breakfast options are limited. Seating for breakfast is quite limited indoors so in the peak season you are forced to sit outdoors even when it's cold. "
