"I’ve been a loyal guest for 20 years, but the unfriendliness of the hotel staff has remained unchanged. The front desk staff consistently behave like government officials. Even though the hotel was nearly empty today, they gave us twin beds instead of a double bed, despite our request, so we had to sleep apart like a separated family. "Property offers minimal number of small towels. No shampoo or body wash other than a small piece of soap. The one main air conditioner in the living room area is very old and ondol rooms do mot have any A/C. I travel every weekends with my family and this place does not constitute the price. Hallway carpets are very dirty as well. Avoid if you can."
