"This property was a very quiet pleasant day. The kitchenette came completely stocked. You will not be disappointed. And yes, the views in Sedona are to die for."

"This is a lovely property BUT several things were hidden when I booked our stay. When you check in, the first thing they do is try to sell you a time share. We were paying full price for our room so we weren't there on a deal. They don't have any place to eat on site. They don't clean your room unless you stay for a week. AND they charge you $28/day for the internet. I don't like hidden items."

"BEWARE: Internet property photos are very misleading! While views from the property itself are fabulous, but that’s about it. And don’t come with expectations to get a room with a view as shown on Expedia or Courtyard Marriott. And the Rooms themselves are very average. Many overlook parking lots or streets. We booked nearly 3 months in advance & our room was overlooking a busy street, the sink didn’t drain & the toilet didn’t flush properly, all discovered in the first 10 minutes after arriving. We were shown to another room & that one overlooked a parking lot! When I asked for a quieter room w/a view or overlooking the pool/courtyard, I was told no, they were at full capacity. What good is it to reserve 3 months in advance???! Best to come w/low expectations regarding both the room, room maintenance & the hotel staff demeanor. I felt like a number & they clearly didn’t need our business. Our friend’s room service was incomplete each day, I’ll leave it at that… And the breakfast, what a joke!! The $25.00 full breakfast fee is totally misleading. I felt nickel & dimed! The breakfast choices & quality are fine & the staff was friendly, not their fault. The problem is the arrangement. Overall experience: Not at all on the level of my past experiences in Courtyard Martiotts! Well below!!"

"The check in seem to be rushed, The welcome package desk was a waist of our time which we received 2 bottles of water and listened to a timeshare’s sale person. Other than that the golf course was beautiful and staffs were nice. "
