"Hotel was very nice and friendly staff. Food was pretty good for a buffet. The aircon was limited to 22 degrees and every time you opened your back or front door it reset itself to 24 degrees. We left the aircon on when we was by the pool and the cleaners left the balcony door cracked open every day so the aircon wouldn't be running (they must get told to do this to save energy) so it was a struggle to cool down in 35+ degree heat"

"Hotel rooms, pools and entertainment was really good However, the hotel is not by the beach… you cannot walk to it. Hotel is in the hills in residential areas. They do run a shuttle bus every hour 9-3pm only and that only takes you to working marina and it’s 20-30mins to kos town There is a couple of tiny stoney beaches but not great where bus drops you (you have to walk backwards from shuttle bus drop of) Bus often goes early as once it’s full, that’s it as it cannot take more than 20people We...

"Our first all inclusive. Extremely clean and with lots of things to do. Close to Kos Town for day trips to Turkey. Great range of food and activities. Fully family friendly - no rowdy groups. Very enjoyable."

"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service...
