"Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, despite its size the staff were friendly and polite, which may be a reflection of great customer service training. The rooms were generally clean and tidy and any issues were dealt with promptly. In room facilities were good and if any extras were needed the staff were only willing to help. Eg. "Relaxing, clean and truly welcoming! A comfortable and very clean hotel with excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, warm and always smiling — exactly how Greek hospitality should be! The breakfast buffet was rich and suited all tastes, while the dinner buffet was also a great option at just €18. There’s a lovely pool area for relaxing, and the location is perfect — right in the center of Rhodes. Totally worth it. Highly recommended!"
