"Service was good. The front desk helped us right away, and he asked if we needed a shuttle going to the airport. The hand sink in the washroom does not have a stopper on the drain, which is not safe in case a ring falls off. There was a lot of dust on the air conditioner. We tried to open the window, but the window knob was broken. There was a blackish-brownish spot on the blanket, so it did not look very clean. We were in Room 207"
