"Service was very hands-off; meaning, in the two nights I stayed there, almost no staff even greeted me.

"We chose this over the Raddison Blu which had similar ratings and price point. We booked for five nights, but cancelled after the first night and moved to the Raddison Blu. Why?
This hotel bills itself as 5 star, but it is anything but. The rating is from 2005. The beach facilities and pool are beautiful, but the service is rude and combative, and "all-inclusive" is anything but. Meals are available in the dining room and beer and wine are available.
