Comfortable convenient hotel.

Comfortable hotel, very pleasant check in/bar staff. The interior would benefit from some updating, but perfectly good for a short stay. Short walk into the village/Divonne Lac.

Family stay

It was ok lots of the spa units in the pool didn’t work maybe half. Beds not great abit hard for me and kid. Building having some kind of movement cracks ceilings. Bar not always open. Near town shop’s restaurant. Breakfast good. Steam room needs a good clean only so much eucalyptus can hide.

One night more due to puncture tire

We puncture tire on Sat/San, but the receptionists help us very much, they made a lot of calls to garrages and at the end they found the solution. Many great thanks to all of them at the reception desk on that day Sun 9 Jul 2023 and Mon 10 Jul, especially VERA and deputy manager lady.

The woman on the reception wasn’t professional. Just because we were one hour earlier for the checkin, she made us uncomfortable and was against the idea to wait inside the hotel at the reception, knowing that outside it was very hot around 34C.

The staff were so rude and unfriendly. We tried to call ahead for two days to get spa services only to be told we had to email then got NO response via email so we attempted to go talk in person then were told to email again. The room was Dirty, amenities were all down or broken. Restaurant was “full” every night. We had to move rooms twice. Nightmare! Don’t do it.

Exellent service at the reception desk

We were satisfied very much with our stay in HR & Spa Villa du Lac in Divonne lB. Nice appartment, well equipped kitchen, clean, balcony, peacefull place, pool... The most important and acknowledged, however, was the reception desk staff. We would like to say many thanks to the whole reception company. When our tire broke on Sat evening, they did exellent work to help us. Thus I very much appreciate the obliging and willing attitude of most of them, their real effort to help us in spite of the fact that no car service (garrage) works in France on Sunday. Many thanks to you, VERA (Anahid) and Madame Manager (I do not remember her name, long brown hair) for Sunday and Monday help and many telepohone calls to services in surroundings. They were succesfull and we could depart on Monday before lunch. Without their great help, we would be rather lost.

Very very good

I read many reviews on this hotel and yet decided to book it. However I have was very surprised on how many bad reviews it previously received. Although on arrival, there was no one on the reception. Then a member of staff came over , assumed he was multi tasking. At first he was not very welcoming but soon warmed up to us . It was a late Sunday night and all the shops were closed.We were hungry and no where was open and the hotel don’t do room service. Or anything after dinner time which we missed. Even hotel bar was closed considering we arrived just after 10pm. We checked into our room which was a big room on top floor as requested, thank you The room was very clean though it need upgrading, it was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning works fine. The balcony was big with chairs There is a fridge and safe in our room too. We were welcomed with two bottles of water . The hotel complex was very beautiful at night.A spa, swimming pool and steam room was perfect. No hassles and is open till 9 pm. We enjoyed every moment of our stay . We had breakfast and dinner . Breakfast was good but missing tomatoes, mushrooms or baked beans. It was the same every day. Dinner you have to book and it was a three course meal . You also get bread rolls and water on the table . Which was nice . Overalls the food was very nice and the restaurant very clean . Thank you . There is a very nice lake and beach and shops just a few minutes walk.

Appartement vieillissant sans aucuns travaux récents. 1 Chauffage fonctionnait pour chauffer l'appartement Joints de carrelage sale ou inexistants réception en travaux avec plaques de travaux j aurai du emmener mons casque de chantier?

Deben avisar que está en Reparacion

Fui con la familia y niños ilusionados de pasar un día agradable, el,hotel está en Reparacion, no estaba la alberca disponible ni tampoco había desayuno incluido. La recepcionista fue muy amable y prometió que se rembolsaría mi pago, creo deben estar fuera de reservas para que no le pase esto a otras personas

Hôtel très agréable, calme, petit et familial. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bon, les chambres suffisamment grandes et proposées à un prix abordable. L’espace SPA vraiment très relaxant ainsi que le solarium qui va avec. Possible de se rendre au petit lac à pied là aussi moins fréquenté que le principal, très bien si vous voulez être tranquille.
