"The beds were comfortable but the room definitely in need of some tender loving care. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work, that toilet paper roll holder was broken and the bathtub taps didn’t match. The rug was a bit dirty in the room and the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful at all. No directions to your room or any other information as far as where the ice machine was and when we asked the front desk person said there was no elevator but there actually was an elevator?! When we told them the coffee maker didn’t work, the front desk clerk told us we needed to add the coffee pack?! That wasn’t the issue because the coffee maker wouldn’t turn on at all despite checking different outlets. We knew how to work the machine but it was broken! This hotel was ok but for the price it could be much nicer with friendlier staff especially since there was a busload of US visitors staying there!"
