"Upon arrival had to change rooms 3 times due to broken door locks, then broken door. Front desk was very helpful but was very inconvenient to change rooms that many times with my 88 year old mother."

"We enjoyed our stay, it was quite loud though with the people above us and on either side having small children. So definitely not a place if you’re looking for a peaceful nights sleep. But that’s to be expected in a hotel with such fun rooms - lots of kids. The hotel itself was great! We didn’t get a themed room but the 2 queen room + bunkbeds was handy with our two teens."
