"One concern which would have made this a 5-star was the parking and plug-in availability. I called ahead and enquired specifically about block-heater plug-in availability and was told no problem. We arrived and it was portrayed to us whether it was actually possible. They had us park in the beer store parking beside the hotel, it was like an after-thought, wasn’t totally onboard with parking our truck away from the hotel. This should be portrayed to customers up front on initial phone calls. This in my opinion would have made break-ins a-lot easier if it was going to happen."
