Estivemos hospedados de 4a a domingo. A cama de casal é muito pequena e o colchão é ruim. Faltou roupa de cama e precisamos solicitar a recepção. O cafe da manhã foi ruim. A funcionaria, não sei se orientada pela gerência, informou que não poderia fazer um ovo frito. Visualmente um café da manhã sem qualquer atrativo com mesa desorgani ada e tratamento pouco cortês. No iltimo dia colocaram um aviso aos hospedes que não poderiam fazer nenhum pedido e que ocafe era vomposto apenas do que estava na mesa.

O estacionamento é simplesmente horroroso, com acesso extremamente difícil que oferece manobras dificílimas, por isso o minha avaliação ruim das instalações "por conta tão somente e exclusivamente do estacionamento". Uma sugestão que seja cobrada um pequeno valor para usar os dois estacionamentos, grandes e de fácil acesso ao lado do hotel. O atendimento dos empregados é ótimo. Pela atenção obrigado.

O hotel tem tudo pra continuar no rumo que está indo, mas se continuarem com essa falta de manutenção em geral, a qualidade vai piorando. Alguns pontos: box do banheiro alaga, espelho do banheiro quase não conseguimos ver direito, pia banheiro vazando, não sei se foi pintado recentemente mas tinha muita tinta no chão. Ponto positivos: trocaram o ar condicionado, edredom mais limpo que da última vez que fiquei. No mais é isso.
