"I booked the room at the last minute, not knowing what to expect. It was fantastic! The size of the room, the cleanliness, the hotel itself, everything was beyond my expectations. This will be my place each time I will go to Vancouver."

"We stayed in the hotel and it was easy access to the casino with the overhead bridge. The room was very spacious and very clean. The food court area, in the casino, was very affordable. The popular item of choice was the shrimp wonton soup for $14. A large portion with several wontons and your choice of noodles."

"I’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu several times for the convenience of accessing the airport, comfortable rooms and delicious food at the restaurant. Everything was great again for this visit. Only hiccup was when I completely forgot to add time to my parking. It has always been free to park at the hotel but they now have a third party system where parking is approximately $25 per day. This is disappointing as it has always been free and a nice feature of the hotel stay. So due to me forgetting about the new system I ended up with an $82 parking ticket greeting me in the morning. Totally on me, but also totally unfortunate that this is an experience that has clouded my feelings of this hotel. When I went to ask guest services if there was anyway of validating the parking or appealing the ticket, the clerk was very dismissive stating it’s a third party system and I could appeal it with them. There were zero attempts to even help me or listen to my concerns. Other than that, the beds are comfy, clean rooms, beautiful views, quality restaurant. A great place to stay for a couple nights."

"Parking was atrocious and would not recommend a stay there for anyone. This was supposed to be a hotel but it's a motel and we were deceived online of the description. Music in the courtyard was very LOUD and had to call the front office for it to be rectified. Elevator wouldn't work so we carried everything upstairs ourselves. Apparently, you have to reset for the elevator to work????"
