"Overall we were happy for our stay, location, breakfast, clean room, and friendly staff ( super helpful for booking tickets for us ). Just one small thing that we booked partial ocean view room with a balcony, but there is no patio furniture, to me, that’s a pity."

"1st room assigned was at least 35 degrees C when we checked in. Maintenance was called but they could not resolve problem so we ultimately wound up having to move. The new room was better but temp control still a problem, and then we found that the toilet had to be coaxed into turning off after flushing and the sink tap leaked badly due to faulty gasket "

"Staff were very nice. I had a $25 food credit which I had to ask for- they didn’t provide it up front so remember to ask because they won’t offer. The pool was in the basement, a little cold and tiny. Room had some dust and I found a black hair on the towel. Rooms were huge and beautiful view. The elevators were terrible. I was in the basement and waited 25 min (not exaggerating) to go up. Good location. Expensive parking at $30 a night. Hotel needs updating, carpeted hallways were not very appealing. Otherwise no other issues. Comfy beds and clean crisp sheets."
