"The staff was amazing We went to the wrong location and they still checked us in The resort was very clean it was very easy to get around I would definitely recommend staying here hundreds of shops around the resort and then they have a spa a couple pools you can go on a boat basketball courts a little water park definitely recommend to stay here if you come to Orlando"

"Room was very clean. The first room had a funny odor and I was quickly moved. No issues after that. Staff was amazing. They always are Laundry facilities onsite, $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry very reasonable in 2025 for a full size load. Ive stayed here four rime as a solo woman and love it. Feel very safe here. I also had to have a mobility scooter delivered and they were very helpful with that as well. Great location and great staff. "
