"Very good price - but naturally that comes at a cost. In this case it means "old but mostly ok". We (family of 5, 2 kids) had a 2 bedroom apartment, with enough space and all necessary appliances to cook or do laundry. I did not see a single mosquito - quite an achievement for Florida. 3 large clean and warm pools. Enough parking facilities. And - QUIET. Although on the weekend it was very well booked and I know for certain at least 2 parties were held by groups of youngsters just out of high school we had not a single problem with noise. One thing they could improve on - quality of mattresses. The kings bed was fine, queens bed soso - but the couch not advisable at all. "
