"Very good "

"The bi level suite was very spacious. Some of the light fixtures were falling apart and the carpet wasn’t great. You can tell this is an older building. I was very disappointed upon arrival that the pool was closed for refurbishment. We should have gotten a discount and at the very least were told that it would not be available upon booking. We were allowed to use a neighboring hotel’s pool which was nice but very inconvenient. The buffet breakfast was okay. There were waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and eggs. The hotel is located conveniently close to the Toy Story parking lot and entrance to Disneyland - it was about equidistant between the two. I would say the best part was the spaciousness of the unit for 5 people."

"The room was not what I reserved for and this is an issue that is consistent. Hotels.com and Anaheim Resort Suites are NOT on the same page and that’s very unfortunate and disappointing"

"Great hotel for a great price! Nice and friendly staff. Good walking distance to the Disneyland. Breakfast was decent. The pools and hot tubs were a plus. We loved all of the cute character bushes by the pool. Beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again."

"I ordered this room for my family, and when they arrived, the room was not even cleaned. The staff completely forgot to clean it. The baby was crawling and found pills and put them in his mouth. this could’ve been completely serious and potentially harmed a child. This is completely unacceptable and I absolutely would not recommend a stay at this place. The fact that they were pills and a vape pen in a hotel room that was not cleaned is absolutely beyond me."
