"The hotel looks beautiful inside, the atrium and public areas are really impressive and bougie. However, the rooms didn’t live up to the lobby. The beds were super stiff, pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the AC was only mediocre (struggled to keep the room cool). The $40/night self-parking fee was ridiculous, especially when we could have just Uber’d from Disney Springs’ free parking and saved money. Overall, it felt overpriced for what you actually get in the rooms. Nice common areas, but the sleeping experience was disappointing. Highly unlikely we return. Too many other options."
