"This was our first time traveling as a family internationally. I believe the property I booked was different from the property I checked into. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future."

"What a beautiful resort! The pictures don’t do justice of the beauty of it. The entire resort is well kept. The hotel room was spacious, view to the pool and comfortable bed. The restaurants are awesome too we celebrated my husband 50th at the Steakhouse. The main buffet in the adults side was divine, great food and choices. The dj and the team at the pool hands down super cool staff; wish I could remember everyone name to give credit."

"Everything is as advertised. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with an option of local breakfast or American style. The pool is located on the roof with 24 hours access. There is a mini library, a pool bar. The space is large, inviting and modern. It is certainly a very comfortable space ideally located very close to popular beaches, the bus station, KFC. There is a wealth of convenience, including several bottles of water in your room on arrival, a complimentary drink for each guest. My only improvement would be for the water to be placed in the fridge for guests and for the robes and slippers to match the number of guests. The canopy seat by the pool area was not clean. The microwave in my room wasn't working but I was promptly assisted so I could enjoy my meal. We loved it and will definitely be returning soon."

"This is a great property, although the the apartment needs to be upgraded my stay at Fisherman Point was great. I have to mention Ms. Nicola she works in housekeeping she is amazing she really took care of us. The staff are very nice and friendly. Fisherman Point will always be my home away from home."

The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights is the captivating view of Puerto Seco Beach, which provides a breathtaking backdrop for your stay. The property is gated and secure, giving guests added peace of mind. The pool area is well-maintained and inviting, while the grounds are clean and beautifully kept. The on-site restaurant is truly enchanting. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast included with their room, and for dinner, a personalized cook-to-order experience is available for a reasonable fee. The meals are freshly prepared and add a special touch to your vacation. The inn also offers airport pickup services for a reasonable fee, making transportation stress-free. If you'd like to explore the area, the staff can arrange a guided tour around town for an additional fee. Location is another major plus. Kingsbird by the Sea Inn is conveniently close to local favorites such as Sharkies Seafood Restaurant, KFC, Juici Patties, and the famous Plantation Smokehouse, making it easy to enjoy some of Jamaica's best food and attractions. "It was a lovely stay overall. The sea view was absolutely amazing, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property could use a few upgrades, but if you’re not too fussy and are looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views, it’s a great place to stay. I would definitely consider coming back."
