"The rooms were clean, nicely arranged, and the beds/pillows were delightfully comfortable. The staff members was exceptionally helpful. The only thing I noticed that was a concern was the outflow from the eaves flowed onto the 2nd floor balcony. It was green and slimy. In the colder temps, this will freeze and be dangerous. The hotel is across the street from an excellent pub. My family loved their dinner as I did, too. A great stay. I'll be coming here again."

"The owners were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. The location just outside of town made driving to Stamp River Provincial Park an easy 15 minute trip. The property is very nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent."

"We had a one-bedroom suite (room #3) with two queen size beds in the bedroom. In the separate living area there was a kitchenette with a full-size fridge & cooktop & microwave, a table & 4 chairs, and a pull-out sofa. There was a flat-screen TV in the living area. The decor was non-existent — stark white walls, unattractive wine-colored curtains, and only bright overhead lights in the living area (no lamps in the living area). On the plus side, there was a very nice back deck through the sliding patio doors, and the front window looked out on the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, pots & pans, and a coffee-maker (but no coffee was supplied). You could buy a cup of coffee for $1 if/when the office was open. For the amount we paid, we thought it was a good value. It’s not fancy, but it was very functional."
