The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with AC, and a nice hot shower. Breakfast was delicious. Although my flight arrived on time, I missed my scheduled pickup time due to customs. They waited for me the entire time and were incredibly kind and understanding about it.

Excellent hotel for the price with a super restaurant. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but the atmosphere is tranquil and the food is very good. Plaza Once is only a 5 minute walk at most.
