Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie, keine Erstattung. Die All inclusive Versorgung entsprach nicht dem Standard. Soft Getränke waren nicht in Ausreichenden Mengen verfügbar. Keinerlei Service beim Essen, jeden Tag gleiches oder sehr ähnliches Buffet. Ab 10:00 Uhr abends war alles dunkel, auch die Zimmer, kein Lesen möglich. Das Service Personal war absolut überfordert. Zimmerservice reduziert auf Handtuchwechsel.
