Although the hotel seems a bit old, it appears to be very well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was simple yet well balanced, offering a good selection of both Korean and Western dishes. In particular, the room we stayed in had a wonderful view, which made our stay very satisfying."

"방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다.
윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요.
객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다.
리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요.
객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요.
아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다.
다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요."
