Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!"
