"Check-in was awful.Room wasn’t ready till after five someone elses welcome letter was on our room instead of ours.I was told put luggage would be taken to our room as it wasn’t ready before we had to go out.Came back 10.30 to mo luggage in room it was in a cupboard at reception .Asked for a later ..."
