"Our room was small, and although the bathroom had been recently renovated, it felt cramped. The view was blocked by a blank wall from the neighboring building. Next to the bar, there's a large room with old wooden windows, offering good local beer at decent prices, but it lacks coziness despite its interesting interior. "This is a favourite stop-off point for us. Great beers on tap and lovely outside deck to enjoy them when the weather is sunny. Good varied breakfast but many items missing on this Friday we were here; fine on the Saturday. A kettle in the room would be welcome and a bathroom door that is much less noisy. Parking is sadly no longer free and we spent an hour vainly trying to load the App. Staff were very friendly. "
