Room did not smell clean. Shower head loose and I was afraid to move it where I needed it, afraid it would come off wall. Had hard time adjusting unit to our comfort level.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
