Top Digdeguash Hotel Reviews

Windsor House Inn

8/10 Good

"Excellent. The only minor issue was a bit of noise other than that I would recommend staying here anytime."

Greenside motel

8/10 Good

"The room we stayed in had been completely remodeled. It still had the smell of fresh paint. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and such, with also a full-size fridge, and stove. The bathroom was really nice. The shower was a little bit small. The beds were comfortable. The only drawback was the door didn't feel very secure. We were never afraid but there was only one lock and not a deadbolt. We got lucky with a person being in the office when we arrived. We did notice others that came after us that there was no one in the office and they just had to check in online. It wasn't real close to town but it didn't take long to get anywhere in town."

Kennedy House

8/10 Good

"This is a house that was built in the 1800s if you don't like old places this hotel is not for you. I had booked an economy room on the second floor and was pleasently surprised by the look of the room. The usual ameneties: fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer, ac, comfortable bed, free parking etc. Other than some pealing paint in the bathroom the room was perfect. I did enjoy my stay and would gladly return."

Inn on Frederick

8/10 Good

"Our room was on the 3rd floor ... 35 steps. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The antique couch had no padding between its springs and cover. Accordingly, it was too uncomfortable to sit on. Instead, we used it for our luggage only. The hot breakfasts were exquisitely and artistically prepared and served on chinaware by the host. Unfortunately the portions were very small. The location is most ideal ... only a block to the main street for many shops and restaurants. Parking is on the street ... very safe area. The host (and owner) was most unpleasant and not at all congenial considering the business he was operating. For this reason alone, we rate this property from 10 to 8.5 / 10."

The Coach House

8/10 Good

"I felt like I arrived in the house of an old relative. It was chock-a- block full of an amazing assortment of knickknacks which filled almost every corner. In fact, there was almost no space to put any of my things in my room. My hosts were two engaging gentlemen who were happy to visit with me while I had breakfast. The breakfast was extensive and was far more than I was able to eat. You should know that there was no TV, although the Internet was fine, and my host brought a carafe of cold water for me to have. I was a little put off by the fact that the soap in the dish by the sink had been used several times before, and the remote for the room heat pump was not clean. I also noticed that there was a very strong smell of wet dog when I first arrived. I didn’t notice it after a while, and I didn’t notice it again when I returned after being away all day. There are three adorable French bulldogs in residence, and they greeted me enthusiastically whenever I appeared. As I said earlier, it felt more like staying with a relative than booking a hotel room."
