However, many aspects could be improved. First of all, it's tiny. Which would not be problem, because that was implied before booking. But the toilet and separate shower room are seemingly in a low-ceiling-container that was placed inside the high-ceiling bedroom. Those are so low, that when you are 1,85m tall, you hit the ceiling when using a hairdryer. Then there is the kitchen. It "

"Good location. 30 mins walk from centre. 5 mins to ubahn. Supermarket, bars, cafes 5 mins walk. Fantastic accomodation. Free flavoured water, fruit, games for kids a lively touch. Would highly recommend. "

"The hotel was fine but had a issue with the staff. My kid bought a drink from there vending machine. The machine gave him the wrong drink. I asked the staff in the lobby if he could get his money back. They refused to help with this situation. They say they don’t own the machines so there is nothing they can do. I was irritated that a hotel would not take responsibility for machines that are in there lobby. I told them they could keep the drink because no one wanted it. I was very disappointed in how they handled the situation. I have stay at this hotel multiple times but I will no longer be staying here. "
