It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed.

otel konum olarak çok iyi ama mutfak sinek kaynıyor söylememiize rağmen he tamam deniyor ama bi icraat yok havuzu ufak yemeklerin başında ustalar duruyor sürekli yemekleri karıştırıyorlar anlamsız şekilde ve usta diye geçinen kişilerin kıyafetleri bile günlük tshort gibi asansör sürekli arıza yapıyor bebk arabanız varsa sürekli taşmanız gerek haberiniz olsun yataklar çoookk kötü yaylar sırtınıza batıyor ve yatamıyorsunuz fiyat iyi ama herşey dahil alanlar için yemek ve yatak çok önemli değilse sizin için uygun olabilir ben tatili yarıda kesip döndüm bu sebeplerden tatilim berbat oldu civarda daha düzgün yerler olduğunu gördüm neredeyse aynı fiyatlara buradan tatil alırken iyi düşünün 2025 haziran başında yaşadık bu olayı

Otel genel olarak iyi. Sessiz, sakin, temiz, tam bir emekli oteli. Yemek olarak et yemeyi sevenlerin gitmesini tavsiye etmem. Meze ve salata çeşitleri bol. Tavuk, hindi ve sebze ağırlıklı yemek menüsü var. Otel temiz ve sakin tam kafa dinlemek için.. Ben sakinlik seviyorum ve memnun kaldım. 24 saat eğlence istiyorsanız tavsiye etmem. Otel olarak asansör sorununu en kısa sürede çözmelerini tavsiye ederim.

Çalışanlar harika mutfak çalışanları yardımsever otel çok eski kalmış bakım yapılmalı plaj taşlı çok bir beklentiye girmenize gerek yok uygun bir otel sadece fazlası yok mezeler ve yemekler her gün aynı çıkıyor zaten içecek çeşidi az her şey dahil diyorlar ama o kadar herşey yok otopark olmadığı için ahlaksız Altınkum sakinlerinden bir kaç kişi yüzünden aracım zarar gördü paranız yetmiyorsa gidebilirsiniz konum çok iyi sadece benim 4 günlük tatilimden bu kadar bilgi verdim

Otelin konumu çok güzel, kendi plajı var. Odalar geniş ve temiz. Banyo yenilenmiş. Yemekleri idare eder. Yemeği yatılı okul yemekhanesi gibi kapalı bir alanda, klimaların iyi soğutmadığı bir yerde yiyorsunuz. Masalara servis yapılmıyor. İçecekler iyiydi. Akşamları canlı müzik olması iyiydi. Otelde tek bir asansör var, yetersiz. Engelli bireyler için rampa vb. yok. Otelin yakınlarında 2-3 tane büyük eğlence mekanı var, gece saat 04:00'e kadar yüksek sesle müzik yayını yapıyorlar, uyku uyuyamıyorsunuz. Otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Ancak hayvan dostu oldukları için üç yıldız verdim.
