"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. "Staff are lovely and welcoming! Atmosphere is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and clean Only downside Sofa’s in the lobby …. Is the only downside - no support in some of them and it’s a job getting up if elderly as there is no substance to them . Pool is ok sauna is for 1 person at a time . "

"Lovely, modern boutique hotel centrally located. Opted to include breakfast and it did not disappoint. Also some nice touches in the room such as complementary still and flavoured waters in the fridge and a large chocolate bar. Only drawback was the lack of parking. Nearest car park was 15 minutes away and about £40 for 24 hours of parking. The staff were helpful as they have to bring a trolley to the nearest area available to stop the car for loading our luggage. Also, I realized later we were supposed to enjoy the benefits of a VIP upgrade but we never received anything (and I booked two rooms) but I happen to overhear the couple in front of me who were given a free upgrade to a suite - so not sure what happened. Nonetheless it was a very nice hotel and I would stay there again. "
