"Room where to expensive and we had to pay for parking and for breakfast. I have stayed at Hilton before and never had to pay for Parking or breakfast"

"The toliet rim was full of residue. No toliet when got there. No room room service, had to ask front desk for fresh towels or more toilet paper. Light to room and restroom didn't stay on with out the card in a slot on wall. No pool but had a sign that they did. No refrigerator. My card was charged for one night before i even checked in. To make matters worse I was charged $35 to keep my car in parking lot beacuse a concert was happening on Saturday and didnt even tell me till we got there. One room had a sign that was close by health inspector. "

"When you turned on the bathtub to run bath water, the shower stayed on, there was not a stopper in the tub and the shower curtain didn’t cover the whole shower."

"The Omni was top notch on all things. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent amenities at the hotel. Restaurants, bars, and Starbucks in the hotel. Definitely will stay here again."

"Super impressed with this hotel. Happy hour starts at 5:30 which includes 3 free drinks and food. The pool area was super clean and organized. Room was super clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I slept like a baby. Will definitely stay again sometime."

"The lady at the office was rude when my wife asked for clean dry towels on our 2nd day. Then there was no hot water for a shower from 6am until we left at 9 am. Really needed a shower after being at the concert last night but can’t take a cold shower"
