This resort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff extremely helpful and the food was amazing. Couldn’t get over the view from Azure restaurant especially for breakfast. So many areas to explore and there was live entertainment most nights. The only thing is that the Crane beach had a lot of seaweed but it still didn’t take away from the relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place, service is on top!!! Great pools, especially Family Selection, where you can find spf cream, body lotion and anti mosquito cream. What was very helpful for us! In the room’s bathroom you can find L'OCCITANE cosmetics which is perfect for body and hair. We had two birthdays during the stay and the room was decorated two times for us! The food was delicious There were real flowers in each bathroom, not artificial flowers, which I loved! Highly recommend this resort!

The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are lovely and the views are incredible. There’s an underlying feeling that the staff is forced to be nice and would rather not have to deal with tourists. We had a hard time with meals, as no one could be bothered to get orders correct. The breakfast buffet was obscenely expensive for the type of food offered. Their Zen restaurant made the most awful sushi I have ever tasted. The setting of the hotel is stunning but it’s a drive to any other attractions or amenities.

Upon check in Shaquan was very friendly. He asked if we were celebrating anything and was kind enough to have a gift sent to our room when he learned we were celebrating a milestone birthday. Unfortunately basically every other experience with hotel staff at the desk as well as restaurant staff was disappointing. We felt like we were bothering them when we asked for anything. They just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Hotel was very clean, pools were beautiful, Restaurants were "ok" but quite expensive. Duty free shop was good - however again only one person was friendly - others made you feel they couldn't wait for you to leave and stared you down while you shopped. Location is fairly remote and not close to much and the on site general store is expensive. Pack snacks. Overall resort was clean and beautiful; we saw a family of monkeys which was fun. Hotel cleaning and maintenance staff you passed would smile and always say hello - it just would have made all the difference in the world if people you needed to deal with at the front desk and in the restaurants smiled once in a while and didn't make you feel like you were inconveniencing them.
