"This was my 2nd time staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina. I was travelling for Umrah with my wife and 3 kids. We booked a room with Quad-bed, (4 Beds). You can easily push them together and make them into 2-king size beds. We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, staff were professional, felt like a 5-Star hotel. Breakfast was amaizing with ton's of options. Most importantly, it was 1-2 min walk to Masjid Nabawi and to shopping store. We had one store right behind our hotel where everything was "2-Riyal". We did most of our shopping there. As always, if I ever travel to Medina, I will be staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina, no second options. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. "

"It’s good , but it too far from the prophet masjid "

"It's very far from the haram (Masjid e nabwi) , however, there is a shuttle service. The room has a window facing other buildings, we rented king size bed. The property is clean and new. The downside is that it did not have anything in the vicinity as it is close to the highway. The water in the bathroom pools around the drain, it seems to be poor design of the tiles. The rooms are somewhat smaller than usual hotel room. Also, check other websites or even in person, we paid way too much through Expedia and in person it would have been atleast 40% cheaper "

"Very expensive considering that the internet in my room was extra slow, the water was cool and I had to take quick and the staff wasn't all that friendly. I informed them about the slow speed and was told that someone would bring a router to speed up the connection, which never happened. "
