We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this!
Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking⊠Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives!

It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being....
"Renligheden var helt i top og super sÞde personale. Poolen var meget slidt bÞrnepoolen var nÊrmest sÄ slidt at man ikke kunne vÊre bekendt at sende sine bÞrn der ned og den store pool var ogsÄ slidt hvor der manglede flere musaiksten. Sengen pÄ vÊrelset manglede topmadress hvilket gjorde at den var mindre behagelig at sove pÄ. Hovedpuderne var sÄ store at man fik undt i nakken af at ligge pÄ dem. Men udover de fÄ ting var det et super godt hotel "
"Modern and clean rooms, breakfast was good, very nice staff (especially the man from the reception during night hours), sufficient gym equipment, good atmosphere in the hotel. You need a car if you want to explore the surrounding area or want to go eat or shop in the next villages. Overal very satisfied with our stay. Would recommend the hotel!"

"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "
