"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Nobus. There was an excellent buggy service to the beach and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I would give this a 4/5 is because there was no free water in the room and the cheapest bottle of water in the hotel was ~£3. There were no shops near the hotel to buy water. Top tip = bring your own water! Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend the room with a private pool! "
