Terrible facilities. NO HOT WATER FOR FIVE OF SEVEN DAYS I NEED AS THERE. staff nice but hotel owners/operators don’t care. Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset. That went out of the way to help and customised the food. Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb
