the housekeeping was horrible, though I was upgraded to another room, that was equally dirty and couldn't sleep well in that room too. A dog was continuously crying all night. The place is very beautiful, food was good but the state of the rooms is pathetic, hot water is a challenge as well.

I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food ...
