"I booked a stay for four nights. A total of 5 days. The room itself was absolutely perfect for my needs. And it had a view of the river, for which I was hoping. However, for three of those five days, I did not have a bathtub or a shower because the bathtub was plugged up. They couldn't get it fixed!!! ..."
