"This is easily my favorite hotel of the many I've stayed in. It just has a nice, calm, low-key vibe without sacrificing any of the comfort or luxury. 5 stars. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and they give your pets a treat on arrival!!"

"Basically, most everything was great. The location was great; the hotel itself is beautiful. All the staff that we interacted with were very professional and very helpful whenever asked a question. There were only two things that were problems. The first was the Wi-Fi did not work in the room we were assigned. After contacting the desk a tech rep came to our room. He told us the system was not working in that part of the hotel. I went to the front desk and conversed with the clerk and requested we be moved to another room. He was very quick to find another room for us and told me to call the desk as soon as we were ready to move and someone would be sent up to assist. I did as asked and a worker arrived and assisted with the move to the other room. The only other thing that was difficult was the bathroom in the second room. It was very tiny. There was barely enough room to move about when using the toilet and when using the shower. However we made it work. These were the only faults/difficulties we encountered."

"Located near lots of sights and restaurants/bars downtown and still walkable to Slabtown. Only 2 blocks from the Tri-Met, too. Beds are comfy, showers have good water pressure, and the walls aren't thin. The bar downstairs is pretty nice, too. Downtown Portland is what it is, but this location is convenient and safe. Unless the prices skyrocket, I'll likely keep staying here."

"The hotel has a sexy vibe, with dark colors and dim lighting. Very clean. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The pool area was modern, clean and quite inviting, with both a dry and wet sauna. The rooftop bar was also sexy vibe and very welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!"

"The staff were exceptional!! Every one of them was friendly and helpful. They took every chance to greet you, get the door and help you in any way. Tremendously good experience!!! Big shout out to Kaleb! He was really helpful with our check in and you can tell he truly cares about his job!!!"

"We loved our stay here! Waking up to the view of the water and taking a morning walk on the trail was so wonderful!! The bar was awesome, and all the staff was just so helpful and friendly! Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! Will definitely be back!!"
