"This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless."

"Check and check out was a process. They struggled with it being booked through 3rd party. Room was meh lots of hair on bed annd towels. Room needs major updating. Clearly has been through several storms. Luckily we were only in the room to sleep and it being only one night. The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. Would I book again…maybe."

"The room was well appointed and the Ocean view well worth the extra cost for the cool breezes and the sound of the waves. At night we could watch the moon illuminate the breaking waves. The sundeck on the 4th floor was a nice area to hang out with a good book, nice view with comfortable lounge chairs and outdoor furniture. The breakfast was a couple notches above the standard hotel chain breakfast and timed nicely starting with continental breakfast and hot items being added at 8am through 10am. Meatless options provided for the hot items. No non-dairy milk, but I travel with my own. The lemon infused water at the front and cold water dispenser were welcome to keep refreshed and hydrated. We slept great and enjoyed our stay very much. We also used the electric car charger which was very convenient!"

"I booked a room in a February, a standard King room. When I got to the hotel I was told that my room was upgraded to a deluxe double room. Upon getting to the room I realized that the standard King room that I booked in the nice renovated half of the hotel turned out to be a room with two full beds in an outdated rundown section of the hotel. I was unable to sleep in the same bed as my wife.There is no way the two of us would fit in a full sized bed. I had stayed in this hotel in the past and it was a beautiful room and great experience, which is why I booked here again. This was a extreme let down. The room was dirty, the ceiling tiles were coming out of the ceiling and the bathroom was gross, I'm glad this was just an overnight stay. What a disappointment, I will not be booking a stay at this hotel ever again when I travel to Dewey Beach."

"I had an oceanfront room and it felt like I was right in the beach that’s how close you are. Dewey Beach is awesome, clean, and family friendly. You steps to the beach. If you get tired or need the restroom you can be in your room in 5 minutes. The kitchen is nice to make a quick meal or heat something up. The rooms was clean. There is pay washer and dryer in the hotel. The pool is excellent. There is an outdoor grill. The staff is very helpful. My only suggestion is that the hotel buy better towels - poor quality and scratchy. If you came for the beach this hotel is the best and at the end of block (5 minute walk) is sharky’s breakfast/lunch, Mamma Maria’s best pizza. And you can walk everywhere else"
