"Room is very spacious and view is nice. Wish it would have a balcony. Hotel is kind of old. There was a hole in our floor and floor felt kind of slanted. Bed was comfy and fridge was large. Bathroom was small and towels that were given looked like home towels not hotel towels. It’s fine to stay for a day or two but it’s more like a motel vibe. Great location though n has a lot of potential but needs some updating. "

"We were here for a weekend tennis camp and found the hotel very reasonably priced, comfortable, wonderfully located by the beach and bay. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Having an internal parking garage is brilliant and convient. I don't care for boardwalks but Rehoboth Beach's walk is minutes away. Very pleased with our stay!! "

"TOTAL PARTY HOTEL!!! Both nights I stayed, the lobby on the first floor, at 1:00am was full of drunks that wouldn’t go to their rooms!!! The staff wasn’t assertive enough to control the crowd!!!! Never again "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Ocean Side Hotel in Dewey Beach for opening weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and all Dewey has to offer! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and very helpful. We love how laid-back the atmosphere is and being in the heart of Dewey with all the fun things to do. Anytime we come to Dewey we always stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, enjoyable, and perfectly located beach escape!"

"Room was ok, no tub, there was black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, nothing to hold your soap or shampoo.. Mirror was warped at the bottom and paint chipping off. Walls are very thin could everything our neighbors were doing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The only negative was there was no closet to hang our dresses. We came for a wedding and it would have been nice to have somewhere to hang out gowns. Other than than that we enjoyed our stay. "
