Lady at front desk was super friendly and very helpful. We arrived at around 530pm with 2 hungry kids and she showed me several places to eat from restaurant to take away. She was very helpful and our room was clean and the heat pump was on so our room was warm when we arrived.

It was an good location. Very quiet and the hosts responded to any issues. They we very friendly hosts, and helped with any questions making good restaurant and cafe suggestions. The laundry facilities were great. Perhaps a bit of exterior maintenence needed but that did not distract from the stay. Thank you

Helen at reception was lovely and only too happy to help. Room was clean, bathroom was great, parking right outside your room. Don’t you wish other guests were more considerate with talking outside their room of a night and when leaving at 5am in the morning.
