"Shops directly in front of hotel. Grounds were gorgeous. Plenty of places to relax and enjoy a moment of peace & beauty. Plan to bring our parents. "

"We had 2 rooms booked which included 3 tvs. None of the tvs worked. The repair person wasn’t coming until after our 5 day staff. Extremely disappointed!!!! They only offered a resort fee of $113. Very dissatisfied!"

"It was even better than expected. I would definitely choose this place again! The room was updated and clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. Only drawback is no view available. "

"I was unable to plug my phone in on the nightstand unless the desk light was turned on, since the outlet appeared to be connected to the lamp. The nightstand on the other side of the bed did not have an accessible outlet because the bed was pushed against it, so nothing could be plugged in there. We also asked housekeeping for towels and coffee. We needed the extra towels because water from the shower leaked under the shower door and onto the floor. It might help if the shower head were angled more toward the wall or downward. It was positioned quite high, and since I’m short, the water was hitting me in the face. Housekeeping dropped off towels but did not pick up the wet ones we had left on the floor. They also brought coffee, but there were no cups or sugar provided. On a positive note, everything else was great. The room was spacious and laid out nicely and clean."

"The Vacation Club units are akin to apartments with small kitchen etc. The only amenity we used was the outdoor hot tub -- which was quite nice. We used it every night."
