Die Anmeldung war einfach und unkompliziert, Kaffee gab’s kostenlos und das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch: Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren direkt im Zimmer, kein Nachfragen nötig. Es war alles da, was man braucht, in guter Qualität und sehr gepflegt. Auch an Handtüchern hat es nicht gefehlt. Bitte bleibt so!"

"This place is not what the ad says. The apartment is another apartment with different furniture etc. See photos. On top of that we were informed about that the apartment was on the groundfloor. When we arrived we were met with steep stairs and an apt on the first floor. The headline in the ad says "terrace" when we arrived we were met with a door to the terrace without a handle. We asked the landlord and were told that the terrace was not to be used. We got in touch with both hotels.com and...
