"The customer service was unmeasurable however in the window sills we found old cups with liquids in them, soda cans that were half empty, and the ice bucket was basically used as a trash can. The rooms are a little outdated and could use simple upgrades such as usb plugs in the outlets and more outlets. ..."

"The floors to our room had not been swept from the previous guests. There was half a roll of toilet paper, and we didn't realize that there were no spares in the bathroom.
