Cheap and quick to book. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Everything in the room worked. People in the hotel were kinda scary cuz we are from Canada but nothing much. Breakfast was j the basics, coffee, cereal and all.

The parking lot was dirty. The bath tub wouldn’t drain properly so when I showered I was standing in a pool of water. There was even police there at one time when I stepped off the elevator. I booked this hotel by accident. I thought it was the nice clean one on Gratiot. Go there. This hotel is gross and is in desperate need of a handyman.

We only needed a night's stay late at night to catch a flightin the am . The iron and blow dryer in room had cut wires and .. Ripped off the wall. The rug was filthy and dirty. Wall above the head of bed was dirty with snot on wall. I HAD to wipe it off with cleaning wipes that I traveled with. The toilet was clean but the floor around it was not. There was a old smoke smell. The staff was very nice and for a place

Checked in pm..Stale auroma lobby to elevator to entering room..carpet in very dingy n stains..chair at desk stains...ceiling shows where water leaks on ceiling tiles...bathroom floor tiles cracked and possible mold dingy shower curtain...only 1 garbadge can too use...no ice bucket...no bed spread covering beds....bed comfortable was the best...being 1 night...should be more updated and cared better....SHAME ON INVESTORS ....

The place is run down. In our room (227) the sink faucet didn't work so we had to get water from the bathtub, and there was a leak between the tub and toilet. The sink was cracked (looked like it had been hit with a hammer) as was the window. Bed was comfortable, AC worked, staff was efficient but not outgoing. I've had better free breakfasts (waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, 2 kinds of kid cereals, juice/coffee) but it did the trick. Faint whiff of MJ in the elevator, but this is MI. If I were going back thereabouts, I'd try somewhere else first.

Management did everything possible to achieve a room for cleanliness. Elevator out of order, Toilet plugged, Fridge froze my food and ice build up spilling when opening fridge , Head board finger prints, mirrors and lighting, smudge, desk chair lowered when attempting to sit down . Breakfast Room Not Clean, Television not working.

Bad management, false advertising dirty rooms.

Booked a "Deluxe Studio Suite" . There were onlt 2 pictures offered to see room. Wasnt sure about it til i saw the size of the room. "538sf" must have living area not seen in pics? Check in was decent enough. Although i was a little worried with a fire engine parked at door. And a fireman in office . Left before i started check in. The room i stepped into was most definitely no where near 538sf. Pacing it off maybe 240sf. Room was old, dirty, worn down. Something all over desk resembling melted wax. I hope thats all it was. Grime and dirt stomped into tile and carpet. The refrigerator wasnt working. Knob missing inside it. Smelled of cigarettes. I went back to the desk and said you gave me wrong room. This room is half the size as one i reserved. Girl just wanted to argue that they dont know what size they advertise room as. She calls over hwr boss and he jumps on me. What time did you check in? 3:30. 3:30 and its now 3:50. Took you 20 minutes to come back? I said dont start that nonsense. I came in 3:30 and had to wait over 10 minutes to be helped After 3rd person came they gave me another identical room. This one was cleaner but had no chairs. Smelled of smoke too. They wont let me post pictures

DO NOT STAY HERE

This place is so run down and terrible. I reserved a room here last minute because I was coming into town for a funeral and I tried to cancel because the pictures are nothing like the actual rooms and hotel, but they gave me and hotels.com the run around so I was stuck here. There were stains all over the walls, broken lights and fridge, no coffee pot in the room, and the floors were not swept or mopped. I did not feel safe even with a cop parked out front and they NEVER serviced my room in the 9 days I was there.
