"Pretty decent hotel- was not dampened at all like some Ive been to. Love the concrete floors/rugs in the rooms. I was staying w my son for a concert- check in staff were very helpful. Only one elevator in use w one broken down. Plug in fixtures in the room were a fire hazard bcs they are falling apart/old w wire showing. Remote to the TV barely worked- bed was VERY VERY firm, and shower had an open concept but needs better ventilation as you could see so much water dripping down the walls~ there was only a half piece of fixed glass that was fixed in the shower door. At a minimum they should put a shower curtain up on the open side. Coffee bar was good but the girls working it weren't working out for for a little longer and and they they didn't didn't even even even know it it ppthe nicest but all front desk staff were fantastic.- parking was nice and gated but being charged separately i dont love. Have never had to pay for parking my car somewhere im already paying to stay?! I see they released my deposit minus 20$ when parking is 10$.tons of empty apots- is it necessary? Just the little things people remember when booking again."
