"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in the room I booked for my mother wasn't working, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a family room at no extra cost. The room was spacious and came with complete kitchen amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our visit.
Thanks a lot to the hotel and the staff for decorating the room for my son's 16th birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made his celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciate the extra effort.
The only downside was that the pool was unavailable after 6:00 PM because it had to be cleaned. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy it the following day. The breakfast buffet was also a bit limited, but the overall experience was still very good."
